    If you have paid to have two alignments done then they should have seen and know what is gong on, even if they are unable to resolve. Sounds to me like you are due a refund and need to get to a competent shop.

    I've been unsuccessfully trying to get someone to do some work... They don't show up when they say they will be there to give a quote. Of the 3 that did eventually show up to discuss, only one followed up with a quote after two weeks, and the one that said they could do the work the next day...
