I run a tactical belt with a tactical holster and a tactical throwing knife. For hydration and medical I run an energy drink and Robitussin in a Walmart bag. If needed, the Walmart bag can also carry duct tape and function as a dump pouch.
This is a great game/speed/competition-focused class. It is a solid day with a lot of personalized feedback. I'm going to work on some of the things that I picked up last weekend and take the class again in the future.

He certainly appears to know his stuff and not be too concerned with what everyone else may be doing\teaching. His youtube channel is probably the most content-rich firearms channel that I've come across.
