    I only have my experience. I thought I was going to need trt. I went from 500+ to 400 on keto and then back to 500. It may be just me. Private md labs.com will test it cheap.

    No meds , I get my blood work two times a year if possible . I went two years in keto. It was tough. My test went right back up once eating carbs again.

    When I go keto I drop 100 points in testosterone. 100 points is a lot. 100 grams of carbs a day is a good number. It'll keep test up. Add two pounds of vegetables and some meat and nuts. Fish oil is important. I like Coromega fish oil. Taste like orange. No fish oil burps.

    OHHHHHHH he is that guy that got his permit taken because he was so outspoken on gun control. hahahahaha I have no real opinion of him. I have not watched his videos. If his training were close to me and reasonably priced I would probably attend the course.

    I ride a road bike on occassion and suffer from the same problem. Where to stow a glock 22 that is quickly accessible. I road brag and a guy on the ride was robbed on the silver comet. he had mace. The guys stopped beating him when he maced them, but they would never attack anyone again if shot...

    I am with post #8. Also you need a larger caliber. Glock 9 or 40 maybe. Wild animals are not to be toyed with, especially when you are on the menu.
