    I hope they also make a 5.56 AK that use mags that fit the SLR 106 series rifle. This looks like it might have an adjustable gas block. This is just a Yugo M90 clone for the most part with a 18" barrel.

    Various reasons, but that does not nullify the effectiveness of 7.62x39 through a short barrelled AK.

    It's you. The 7.62x39 works great in short barreled AKs and with braces widely available, accuracy is as good as the shooter.

    They cant hardly keep up with demand on the domestic side. Setting up lines to do calibers they had been ignoring will not be easy, cost effective or happen overnight.

    I have seen some interesting firearms completely ignored or attacked for their high prices or people offer crap trades for them. A large portion of this site just want deals on common firearms.

    5.45x39 Still is available all these years later and still has been cheaper then .223. Even now its about half the price of .223. If you look at 7.62x39, you can still get it for .55 a round. If you wanted to grab an AK now its still affordable. Long term is questionable, but it has always been...

    I have had them all, WASR are fine, not very fascinated with heavier receivers and milled rifles personally but its good to have one or two in your collection.
