I had 1000 rounds of 9MM and sold it for less than .30 round so I guess I got ripped off. Same thing for 45 ACP sold it for same price. Now you can't ever reload it for that, if you have the components.
Used to see them for sale. Have seen one on here. I like some of the parts like the flashlight mount. I have one on my BCM. I have an older BCM with the original rail.
Colt Python 4 Inch Nickel at the Rod and Gun Club in Germany in early 70s. Paid $200 for new Python. At the same time the S&W 66 was about the same price and not available, hard to find.
It is a complicated time. I have ordered from them for several years. I have been able to get some items recently at normal reasonable prices, but sometimes it takes time. Some items are worth the wait if you need them. At least their prices are close to normal.
I have a nice Holosun 503GU with box and all. I guess $200 would be a good price. I think they sold for around $360. I think it has the instant on feature with red Dot and Circle.
I will not have one with the hole. I have several smiths and love them but they are older models. In my opinion this is the worst thing they could have done to a nice revolver. If it has the hole I pass.
For the Price I vote Ruger. Try to find a nice MK II used. My personal favorite is my S&W 41 and Colt Woodsman. I have the regular Woodsman but I am still trying to find a nice Heavy Barrel Target Woodsman if anyone has one for sale or knows of one let me know.
Colt 22 Woodsman Match Target Heavy Barrel. Don't know why but I just can't seem to get one. It has always alluded me. I think I have or have had just about everything else I liked, but just can't seem to find the Colt 22. I have the regular Woodsman and still have a couple of Pythons, S&W...
These are great Red Dots. I have both the 1X and 3X. Good to have a sight even if batteries die. The 3X is like an ACOG. It has a very clear image and the circle is great for fast target acquisition. Gives the ACOG some competition especially for the price.
