Had this exact, same, gun about 5 years back. Traded it towards a Colt 1911. Don't have the Colt anymore either, but between the two, this is the one that I kick myself for getting rid of.
edit - followed the link, I thought they were discontinued, didn't know you could buy them new still...
I would tell them to just drop it off at an FFL in their area and have it transferred to an FFL near you. You'll each pay a fee to your FFL's of 25-40 bucks but definitely the easiest, most legal and guaranteed way to do it.
well, I don't reload and probably never will, but your love for it has persuaded me, nonetheless. Might put one on layaway over at Bud's til I get past the holiday season or sell this Beretta (insert shameless plug here)
Hello everyone,
I'm at work just trying to keep up with all of the replies, thanks for all of your input!
Seen a couple of people mention the Ruger American and Mini-14 which are definitely on my radar... Maybe one of each, in that case I would go 300.
Then I see a lot of the cases being made...
I think that's about as far as I had in mind... which I know isn't very "long range" for some 😏 but about as far as you'd be able to see up here in these foothills
Hello everybody,
Well, I know I'm about to kick a hornet's nest here, but I want your opinions because I can't make up my own damn mind...
Looking to buy a rifle soon, a good do it all rifle in a good do it all caliber... so naturally I've gravitated to two options... 7.62x39 or 300 AAC BLK...
