I remember moving with an MP5SD2 and when I opened up with it, the cycling was out there. Rounds fired where very quiet, but the recycle let everyone know where I was. I messed up probably by using full auto.
Found a fellow who has a small gun shop that has a .50 that he lets folks shoot for the cost of the round. Heard about it today and will have name and address this weekend. This saves you lunch money.
I saw one of those someone had gotten from wish. Fake fiber optics, no magnification, and unlit small +, Wish also has the knockoff of Elcan scopes as well, so whenever I see an ad for either one I'm hesitant to answer for this reason. From what I've seen the elcan is exactly like an original...
When I was in, we didn't have any of this slick stuff that's available today. Our night vision was our eyes. We had starlight, but in triple canopy it was useless. No one had any optics other than iron sights. And yes I'm jealous!
Don't need a grip. Practice shooting with your thumb over the top of the hand guard just behind the front site. Controlled fire at its best. Learn to use a little pressure in the thumb.
Mine came in today as predicted by @MegaFan, tried it out in a recent build and I like it. Set the pad to the last 2 screw holes and lines up pretty good for eye relief.
A 24" is what I've been looking for, but everywhere I've looked they're sold out. I've also read where a new magazine is coming out just for the .224. If you see any of these please let know. Thanks for the input.
Thanks @MegaFan for posting your thoughts. Am looking into doing a .224 Valkyrie myself as I've read alot of good things on it. What barrel length did you go with?
