This is what I carry daily, super light, easy to rack and conceals very well. Some friends laugh because they still carry there 9's, 40's and 45's but as I have stated to them many times its not so much the caliber but the shot placement that counts.
Picked up a mint Viper Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 scope with an EBR-4 (MOA) Reticle with box and docs. Mounted once never fired. And I also picked up some factory HK P30 mags. Best of all got to see and talk with members that have become friends and met some new outstanding members as well.
I remember standing I. The school parking lot looking at a friends rifle and a cops pulls up and says can I see it. Great rifle he said and then drives off.
I have been looking for a early 60’s Tula matching number parts kit that has been completed and I’m finding pricing around $3k-$4k. Are these even worth it at that price. Seems to be in line when I’m see the same part kits with no barrel or receivers going for $2k-$2.5k.
I would but one to shoot...
All kidding aside I carry either a Colt Lightweight Commander, Glock 45 or a Glock 43X when I travel to Atlanta three times a week. What I carry depends on where I’m meeting my clients.
But I do carry at least one to two mags as well.
I have heard of police with Glock 17’s having to shoot a crazed guy anywhere from10-20 times in order to bring him down. I've never heard of someone having to be shot 10-20 times with a 45acp....Oh never mind if they were shot 10-20 times with a 45 acp there would be no body left......... ;)...
