Well, back to my original post, I have done some research, but I have not been too successful still trying to identify them. They are so carefully un-marked, they both seem as if the builder went all the way to keep them from being identifiable.
The larue website just doesn't offer any specific...
One of my friends recently had a relative pass away, and he inherited a few firearms from the family division of his property.
Some of them are Larue rifles. He asked me if I knew anything about them, and I had to respond with a "no". I only know a little about revolvers and regular hunting...
I actually kinda like them. But something just doesn't look right with the pistol magazine sticking out. I know they are Glock mags and Ruger pistol mags, but its just strange looking, like they are forward grips in the wrong location.
But I will probably get one eventually after all the hoopla...
Research about this cylinder.
Knew if anyone knows anything, it would be found here.
Besides....Im bored and its too cold and wet outside to do anything worth a damn tonight.
I got his revolver from my father after he had passed.....
To tell the truth, I don't have the experience for loading and shooting it. But I have read about it, seen all the youtube videos, and talked with a few old timers about it at the shops enough that I know how it goes.
But I have always...

Now that I am back into the wonderful world of wheelguns again, I recently saw someone that had a holster that was designed to be worn across the chest/upper belly region. It had the belt that wrapped around you, with a third strap across one sholder. I cannot remember what the name of this sort...
Thia is what I got. It says to remove the forearm first. (scroll down to the bottom.....and yes, I got the grip too....ts pretty cool I might add. I already installed that part)

I got one of those straps that bolt onto the forearm of my Mossberg Mavrick, and it says to remove it before drilling and bolting on.
So I figured I would ask one of you that might have had the pleasure of removing this type of forearm, how hard is this procedure? Any special tools involved...
I wouldn't pass on it. I do not have a problem with it actually.
I have never asked for one in any of my trades. But if they want one, its no big deal for me and I understand.
12g Mossburg
First 2 rounds are buckshot, in case its more than one comin in.
Next 3 rounds are slugs, just in case they are cracked out and the buckshot only slowed them down.
Last round is dragons breath, just in case they are still twitchin after the slugs, and to go ahead and warm up the...
