If he hunts he will use a marlin 1894 in .44 or my AR in 6.8. I am leaning towards an AR especially with PSA running their black Friday sale. Again I am undecided but still looking for thoughts.

They can be had for $495 and up mine was $630 with shipping. They do offer a sub-sonic 1-7 twist if you reload they have the projectiles in 200gr. Mine is a standard 1-11 twist
