He's at least a part owner in Copper Custom. And having a large following on youtube can bring in a lot of money (ad revenue, patreon supporters, deals with Lavathan group to promote products or direct deals with manufacturers).
Agreed, go for some cool grips, or maybe the material/finish for part upgrades to get that look you want, but not at the sacrifice of functionality. That NP3 and black look of the LTT is kinda cool.
Isn't the Shockwave a shorter overall length to begin with? The long grip makes the overall length long enough to be classified a firearm vs a short barrel shotgun. Silly NFA.
But yeah, I'd just go for the more functional, as in easier to handle, long gun.
I have upgrades on my Beretta, but...
Depends on what was done, but usually modifications are for the one doing the mods and isn't adding much if any value. Some mods could actually reduce the value for some people (silly stipple jobs). If it's just matter of swapping parts, putting the gun back stock, then selling the other items...
Diamondback DB9. I don't think it ever ran a full magazine without jamming. FTF, FTE, stove pipes, is stove piping a live round still a stove pipe? It did that too.
I forgot about that guy at the door. It's nice when that guy is off or on break. Makes you feel less silly when leaving. Checking receipts always seemed stupid since many shoplifters just slip items in their pants.
Yeah, and if you buy a gun you get the sales pitch for ammo and accessories from the person that has to walk you and your purchase to the register. Takes forever to do the paperwork at the gun counter then purchase up front.
This is stupid, can't handle a gun before purchase? We can touch things at the grocery store, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc without having to purchase the item first.
I haven't done the conversation because I have a Glock 20 already, but I looked into it before getting the 20. That said I have upgraded my recoil spring and guide rod since I avoid any weak loaded 10mm ammo, that is basically just expensive 40 cal. Lone wolf and Stormlake seem to be the main...
Sounds more like a $800 rifle. A good AR will be $800 - $1,000, but you better know it's a factory build or that all the parts are good quality before paying for a build.
I still think Glock peaked with the Gen 3 guns, Gen 4 seems fine if you like the slimmer grip or don't mind using those silly backstraps. The Gen 5 mag well is a no go for me, I don't want to have that wider mag well digging into my side while seated. But that just me.
