    Another vote for Savage, but the T/C with 5R rifling and accuracy guarantee is tough to beat... Also, keep in mind that Freedom Group includes Remington and Marlin, so if it's the well documented QC issues keeping you away from Remington, expect them with the Marlin as well.

    The mags are the same. Gen 5 have an orange follower and different floor plate. All other glock mags will work with gen 5 just fine
