    You were right. It took alot more time than I thought. Hardest part was getting the area that joins up to the receiver shaped.

    Ok I finally finished the stock. No super happy with the forend so I might remake it. Overall kinda happy with my first attempt. The wood involved is poplar with red oak pins. The pins serve no purpose other than making people ask why. I know the poplar is very soft but it’s only a 22lr.
