CBC bought the tooling some time after Remington quit making the plastic rifles. I have 3 nylons, 2-66's and a 77 and I had and sold a CBC made 66, it functioned just as the original. I wouldn't hesitate if it is just going to be a shooter

Well, another vendor has joined the ranks of those that fail to completely honor the Second Amendment.
Dana Safety Supply has stated that they will no longer sell self loading rifles to civilians and will reserve those rifles for...
Kahn is a Turkish made O/U imported by Century Arms. they sold for $400 or less new. O/U's at this price point are a crap shoot. some are very good and some not so much. the more expensive ones are costly due to the time and effort it takes to fit parts and regulate the barrels (both hitting...
I have a JC Higgins 22 semi auto that was made by Hi Standard for Sears in the early 50's. Based on what I have owned and seen in 40+ years of gun trading, I think anything made in the 50's with few exceptions is going to be a quality firearm.
What was then considered production gun...
I carry an M&P 357 5 shot. In 20 years of being a LEO I was involved in 3 incidents involving gunfire...total rounds expended-5,
I should be good for 20 more years or 3 more incidents, whichever come first. Your mileage may vary.
see link below for recall info. I don't visit the chat section often so if this has already be posted excuse my lack of awareness, also won't hurt to post again in the interest of safety.

Anyone here ever hear of Riness Arms?
Floyd Haskill of Woodstock designed, patented and built (to the best of my knowledge)
only 40 of these black powder rifles and short barreled magnums.
They came packaged in a wooden presentation case together with a "speed loader" for each.
If anyone...
It was $749. I guess you pay more for the holster, mag holder and a 3rd mag. The test/rental I shot last week was filthy and still shot really well. With my old eyes I need the fiber optic front sight, I put one on my G20 and it helped a lot.
UPDATE
Well I picked it up this morning. Big black tupperware box with the XD 5.25, 3 - 18 round ss mags, mag loader, holster, mag holster and the obligatory lock. almost forgot, spare fiber optic tubes.
I seems like the trigger is even better than the one I test fired last week, can't wait to...
Guys and gals, I'm just a new guy here but I have to say in the few short days I have visited this site I have come to the conclusion that this place is populated by some of the best people I've met on line.
This thread is testament to that statement. I am a member of several hunting and...
I got a call from my local gun shop telling me the new 5.25 competition 9mm is in with my name on it. I shot a demo gun last week and could not believe the accuracy.
