    Trying to figure out what year my Remington 700 bdl varmint bull barrel 22-250 was made. I seen some chart online but it made no sense to me. The 3 digit letters that are supposed to be the date code are. U B S and the number 13. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Id definitely shoot it first. The century receivers have left a bad taste in a lot of folks mouths but they are not all bad. The Brazillian imbel receivers are the most reliable and sought after. Give it a try and see how she runs.
