    It has the marching 5261 on the rear of the receiver as it should. The 9875 is just on the left side.

    I'm trying to figure out what the second number if for on a Turk mauser I have. It's a 1940 Kkale. The barrel, rear sight, and rear of the receiver all have matching 5261 numbers. I'm wondering what the 9875 stamped on it is about, it's not a new stamp it looks as old and worn as the other...
