Still got eggnog in the fridge from this past Christmas, unopened. I have tried it 6 months and 1 year from expiration. Going for 18mo after this go. Haven't had any problems with it so far!

Sure, I get it... it's just like putting a guru on a smoker, set it and forget it! But, it's just not something I can do, I prefer to work by talent. When I get to a point that I'm tired of it, well maybe then!
