Grill that swordfish next time, it’s probably my favorite. Skinless snapper and grouper aren’t fishy. Grilled ahi is another good one. I’d stay away from anything farmed raised, with talapia being at the top of the list and salmon a close second. I like pretty much most fish but can’t stand...
In my opinion, the short answer is no. They all suck until you get into the $400+ range. Even then, they're lifespan is relatively limited. I would either buy a Weber kettle grill and charcoal chimney or follow the advice from @Falcon1 . Those appear to be the best made sub $300 grills...
I don't do "BBQ" in the Crockpot but I do slow cook shoulders in them (busy family life). I do "carnitas" in the Crockpot and they're pretty damn good after a few minutes under broiler. Get you some liquid smoke and a few butts and start your R&D, you might be surprised.
These are the bags I use. I think someone here recommended them. They're a fraction of the cost of the FoodSaver bags and work just as well.

I really don't get all the hype around the BGE, I had one for a few years, sold it and went back to the kettle grill. For the type of cooking I do, it works just as good as the BGE...but I don't bake so...
I use Dexter Russell Sani-Safe and Sofgrip knives. They're cheap enough to have one set at home, one in the camper and one at the hunting land but also hold up well enough for everyday use, which is what they get.
