    We used to have a ton of good to great deals, very few scammers or undesirables. Like everything else, when the word gets out it’s over. Just look what’s happening to the population shift to the south for example.

    You’re right on the money I think. Dealing with the worst of the worst people everyday and seeing the aftermath of what some people do to others. This would sour someone on humanity in general after years of witnessing it. I definitely couldn’t do that job.
