    Being polite is you're best friend. a lawyer is going to cost you wayyy to much for much a minor charge. It's really only an issue when you get tagged multiple times and are seen as a habitual violator.

    I don't see what all the fuss is about. The law says that an 18 year old can purchase a handgun in a private sale. Where is the confusion? You're just as likely to sell a gun to a 30 year old convict as much as you are a 21 or 18 year old convict. As long as you don't hold an ffl you're golden.
