A sucker is born everyday.
I honestly know people that would rather pay more to buy a used firearm private party than they could buy a new one for PURELY because they don't want to fill out a 4473.. they could pass it no problem, but they think the gubment has no business knowing what they...
so let me get this straight.. you want to turn ODT into obamacare with guns?
I'm confused when people who so adamantly fight for free market, bitch about how the leaders should make the sellers stop selling at prices they don't agree with
Its important, but I also judge it on a case by case basis..
Case and point when long standing known trustworthy members get a knock either in retaliation or some unforeseen circumstance that warranted said feedback (a family first incident or an accident blocking travel or something in...
I've done this a couple times.
The whole point of trading for me is to try something different I might not otherwise be able to aquire to see if I like it or not. When guns sit in the safe too long where I'm cleaning and luring them on occasion just for upkeep and not because I'm shooting them...
I must be one of those weird people. I have clostrophobia and get cold sweats in traffic unless I'm in the right lane because I see the ditch as a possible way out
Only on interstate where there are no possibilities of a left turn.
I try not to let them bother me and in General leave extra time when traveling for this to happen. Lifes too short to let stupid people raise your blood pressure and shorten it anymore.
That said, it does bug me. I just do...
My parrents were the exact opposite actually.. totally 100% anti gun (my mother is a dem but my my dad is a long time rep, he just doesn't like guns and doesn't want one in his house, he doesn't care if you have one in yours. Mom was much the same way) But my Uncle taught me how to shoot...
Seriously. I've meet some great people here and have bought and sold more than a couple toys. I've gotten what I'm looking for in the price range I'm after and as well negotiated fair deals to get rid of some toys.
I even met a great gentleman last night after a 2 hour drive that should have...
I have 1911's that hold 17 rounds ;)
For me its a grip issue, the flat profile of the backstrap and the grip angle leads to a better grip for me, therefor more control, better grouping, and putting every shot where I intend it to be. I just cant do that with a glock because of the "notch" for...
Traded a lnib sig 1911-22 for a ruger 22/45 with a lot more barrel wear than advertised..
Live and learn. I enjoyes the ruger for a time, let it go for a decent price, eventually ended up with a buckmark i love
I always say a couple well placed .22LR rounds are better than 2 mags full of .45 that miss. Run as much gun as you competently can. In a gun fight do whatever it takes to win, cheat as much as possible
I love my .22LR's.. one of my favorite calibers. Fun to go out and shoot steel with, squirrel hunt, and You giggle like a school girl when you are having a good day and group them well at 200+ yards.
I have an AR and a 1911 chambered in .22 as well as a nice bolt gun. Doesn't take a whole lot...
you don't like to live in a free market? base decisions of who you deal with off their reputation. Why should the government or in this case the mods have any say in who you deal with.
Not that I don't agree I wouldn't want to deal with them, but thats what the ignore feature is for
Oh no, Not the children!
You appear to be getting emotional again. Its very simple, being a teacher is not a constitutionally protected right. Owning a firearm and being able to defend yourself is. Again your problem is with the legal system. Nobody here is **** stirring but you. Our...
