    I have only had it happen twice, both purchasers had less than a 10 feedback score, they are on my IGNORE LIST!

    My advice is don't do any negotiations thru TEXT and phone until price, and meet are set thru PM's. Everytime in the past that I have allowed texts, 95% of the time it has fallen through.
