I googled it and a romanian lever looks like it. I got it cleaned up and even found a little cosmoline. The bolt does not have much of the finish worn off the contact areas. -

It has S and F by the selector. The bolt and a pinned on part just up from the chamber on the left side have the 2 letter 4 number format sn. The sight is 1000m with a "P" position. The receiver only has a crude stamped 5 digit sn non-matching on the bottom just rearward of the hand guard. The...
