    it was much different from my norm. You’d be surprised! Just getting out there and doing it was fun. I was nowhere near the top, but I learned a lot and will be back next year for more.

    I checked out some oboz but they were leather and I was concerned about the break in of the leather in the time I had. I agree on socks. I have 5-6 pairs of them and I took 3 with me. Each stage we would choose to shoot 3 or 4, and we could take the boots off and dry our feet out before the next...

    I wore a pair of Salomon X Ultra 04’s. I bought them 3 weeks ago but changed the insoles to some that I wear regularly. Not even a hotspot. Very happy with these boots and my darn tough socks combo

    For the unprepared it was for sure! I brought 3 pieces of it and ended up handing it out to multiple people. Luckily my feet held up. I do ruck weekly at work though and have pretty conditioned feet

    Thank you! It was a blast. Over 30 miles of rucking, and some awesome stages of shooting. It’s a little different from my norm, but I learned a ton and am ready to do it again

    I competed and finished mammoth this past weekend! It was my first competition ever, and I really enjoyed the physical aspect of it as well. Anyone else here go? How was it for you?
