    Read up that you can eat the eggs if you can find them have quite a bit of recipes online, can eat armadillos too, but I wouldn't take the risk of mishandling them/undercooking them.

    Found a armadillo in the back yard.

    Pretty cool I never seen one here, and was very friendly. After looking up though armadillos do carry leprosy, but it's about 1% chance, and not as easy to contract. Washed my hands, and knock on wood my lip doesn't fall off...
