I typically have a bout of insomnia at least once a week. Physically tired but cant turn the mind off to go to sleep. Ill be in bed by 10 but watch the clock til at least 1:30 - 2 am. It sucks
Oh Im not saying keto doesnt work, it definitly does. Its just not a sustainable diet for long term [atleast to me]. In the 2 months i was in ketosis i lost 33 pounds. But my blood pressure and cholesterol went through the roof with all the fatty foods.
Keto is the 2019 version of the 2009 atkins diet, just even more ridiculous. Its a fad that will die off when everyone tries it and realizes its impossible to live like that. I lasted 2 months before saying f-it and went back to light carbs and no sugar.

I too fell off this weekend and had a few beers with some bad bar food. Still down 3 lbs for the previous week. My biggest thing has been portion control and its helping.
