  1. For all us diabetics out there.

Behind every internet review is usually corporate shills. Most meters work fine. I’d go with known brands at best price. The meters aren’t expensive; it the test strips that cost the most over time. If you insurance covers it, I’d reccomend the freestyle libre. I never stick my finger more...
  2. Who here has sleep apnea? What have you done to treat it?

Full face cpap for about three years. Wish I started many years earlier.
  3. I found a way to finally quit smoking and it is working.

I quit in 2007 using a drug called chantix. I never looked back. It was unbelievably successful. I had smoked for almost 20 years and tried to quit a million times before. This was a game changer.

  6. Yes Doc, We Should Skip it This Time!

Lol. I’ve been doing the blood test since I was 40. Never had a finger up my ass. Welcome to the blood test club.
  7. Let’s talk Keto

LOL. Different kind of bear, brother.
  8. DO WE SENIORS TAKE THE VACCINE?

I’m only 50, but have numerous underlying conditions. I trust my cardiologist who says to take it after at least a year or two if there are no bad side effects. Until that time expires, I’m just bunkering down. But if it looks good in a couple years, I will take it. I see no reason for...
