  1. I found a way to finally quit smoking and it is working.

    Smoker for 45 + years. It's not the nicotine for me, smoking's part of so many daily rituals, (a bit of ocd kicking in), I've yet to find some surrogate activity.
  2. Insomnia cures?

    1 mg melatonin for me. Larger doses don't work as well for me.
