    Before you go all Rx, consider sleep hygiene. Don't have screens in the bedroom. Don't keep your phone near the bed. Other than ... uhhh "you know", don't do other activities in bed like computer work etc. Don't have caffeine in the afternoon.

    This. I think intermittent fasting is synergistic with keto.

    Good luck. Keto has had the best results for me, easy to stay on it. And occasionally if my weight trends up easy to go back on for a couple of months to get the weight back down.
