    The new High Power's magazines aren't compatible with the old Hi Power. If you're looking for old-model mags, and you haven't tried them, Mec-gar is the OEM you need to look at - and if the reason you were looking was for capacity, Mec-Gar make 17-round mags for the Hi Power.

    The one I shot was owned by a friend who may have resolved a lot of the 'out of the box' issues. I found the accuracy to be 'not bad', but the ergos are unlike anything else I own - so I discounted my ability to not shoot a cloverleaf to ammo and the shooter.
