    What kind of bird is this?

    Gonna go with Lesser Yellowlegs, probably juvenile based on the pic. They migrate to the gulf, so that makes sense. Used to work in Buford and Lake Lanier area seemed to be a pretty common lay-over for a lot of the migratory birds headed south.

    I keep them for resale/trade because other people seem to like 'em. But I can't stand the damned things myself. My favorite is the suitcase they give you with an XDS!! Makes me laugh every time I see it in the closet!

  7. Do you clean your guns before you sell them?

    I always clean mine after use and before selling. Also clean every gun that I buy or trade for prior to ever loading or shooting it. And since I'm a big, sweaty guy, I clean & lube my carry gun at least once every 7-10 days, depending on how hot its been!

    Glucosamine & Chondroitin work well in some dogs also. I just had such good results with the fish oil, I haven't tried them.

  12. Why Buy ? ammo to shoot or save?

    Like most, I save an amount that I'm comfortable with but I shoot at least a couple times per month (often more). I can't see the value of having a million rounds for guns that I am not confident in and proficient with due to lack of practice.

  17. Random trucks selling meat out of freezers

    Can't believe they are still around. I've never seen 'em here in GA, but I used to work at a strip-mall in VA and we had to run 'em off every couple months. The speil then was "I deliver steaks to restaurants and we had some cancellations..." and on and on. Never bought from them.
