Gonna go with Lesser Yellowlegs, probably juvenile based on the pic. They migrate to the gulf, so that makes sense. Used to work in Buford and Lake Lanier area seemed to be a pretty common lay-over for a lot of the migratory birds headed south.
Never said anything about the contents, but was cleared up by around 2:30PM. Don't really have any other info, except that you gave them quite a thrill being on the roof. According to Wal-mart employees, the police were VERY concerned about who was up there.
My name is John, my last name begins with an E, and I am a reasonably big fellow. Nowhere near as interesting as some of these. Have enjoyed reading them.
I keep them for resale/trade because other people seem to like 'em. But I can't stand the damned things myself. My favorite is the suitcase they give you with an XDS!! Makes me laugh every time I see it in the closet!
I always clean mine after use and before selling. Also clean every gun that I buy or trade for prior to ever loading or shooting it. And since I'm a big, sweaty guy, I clean & lube my carry gun at least once every 7-10 days, depending on how hot its been!
A healthy dse of omega3s really will make a difference. I put wild salmon oil on my dogs' food every morning. My big working line GSD (see my avatar) has hip issues also and was quite stiff when he came to me and had obvious pain when getting up. After less than a month on the oil, he was/is...
Like most, I save an amount that I'm comfortable with but I shoot at least a couple times per month (often more). I can't see the value of having a million rounds for guns that I am not confident in and proficient with due to lack of practice.
Yes, very common trait in a well-trained and well-loved pitbull (or mix). I've worked with dozens over the years to help rehab them for real family life. The interesting thing to me was that though most called "pit" have a terrier ancestor (for the gameness of that group), most act more like...
Can't believe they are still around. I've never seen 'em here in GA, but I used to work at a strip-mall in VA and we had to run 'em off every couple months. The speil then was "I deliver steaks to restaurants and we had some cancellations..." and on and on. Never bought from them.
If you have a gun that you don't shoot a lot, like a lot, etc. and there is something that you do want and the other person likes the trade, then do it. I've made a lot of great deals on here...some of them "better" for me money-wise than others; but I've been happy with all of them and got to...
