    A couple weeks after I stopped eating foods sweetened with sugar I realized how sweet natural food is. I noticed the small cherry tomatoes and carrots were like candy. You never notice things like this until removing processed sugar from your diet.

    Believe it or not pork rinds are a great replacement for chips. I love salsa and chips. Chips are bad for keto. Regular unflavored pork rinds work great for dipping salsa.

    Birds love them. I had 2 trees in my yard for years. I finally cut them down when I got tired of washing chit off my truck. Seems the berries must be a laxative cause the birds would eat, fly over my truck and crap, then go back and eat more.

    I went to a gun show in Dublin at the national guard armory on a Saturday. A guy sitting at a table was handing out ODT cards and I got a couple. I found 2 great deals that day, a nice 22 rifle and ODT.
