    A Glock19 isn't a bad gun but I agree with you 300% .... a factory gen3 glock19 just isn't even in the same league as a P229/P226 It's like comparing apples to those plastic apples people put in fruit bowls for decoration ;)

    The HK45ct is the "official" suppressed handgun. But like I said above it doesn't matter so much what is "official" or "issue" these guys carry whatever makes them feel warm/fuzzy.

    Actually the "elite" organizations "issue" guns are largely a formality. Most of the members these organizations carry whatever they want NOT a standard issue firearm so the "seals issue" stuff is largely a marketing play.

I do it because it is the cheapest gun that I would be willing to trust my life with and god forbid if I am ever involved in a shooting I don't want to give...
