    Seriously, those old shower pans are usually really soft, close to pure lead. They can be alloyed with linotype or wheel weights to produce decent bullets. I assume you aren’t a caster. List under free, somebody will gladly take it off your hands.

    It’s just mineral residue in the concrete leaking up to the surface due to relatively high water table at the site. It’s not particularly harmful, easy to sweep up. Problem is the underlying water table being high can cause other problems.

    Backed out of a deal prior to physical meet - yes. Super rare, but a couple of times the other side postponed multiple times such that I concluded it wasn't worth trying to chase any more, OR the other side attempted to change the terms of the deal. Out of several hundred deals the cancels...
