    If the Dad's gun had been pointed in a safe direction, would it have hit his son in the wrist ??? Why were people unloading a gun pointed across the room and not up at the ceiling..?? Remington like other big companies settle lawsuits because they are covered by insurance and it's cheaper...

    You don't bow hunt or you would know just how much advantage deer and other animals have over "smart" humans. If it was as easy as some people think I wouldn't have to hunt 75 days a year to take 4 deer. BTW I'm a disabled Vet and we eat any animal we harvest except varmits. Try it you might...

    My wife recently got her GFL and now carries also. She is an educator and knows she may be the only security she can count on most the time. The security guards (retired GSP) don't even carry. So much for letting others protect you..... We do the split bills and checking accounts...

    Even here you see differences of opinion. Living in AZ throughout my chilhood and to young adult years open carry was no big deal. Everyone was used to it and while riding a motorcycle it made people more cautious around me. You could even carry into a bar and hang them by the door... Today...
