You might take it to Bowers Watch Repair on Cheshire Bridge. The old man was there when I took my great grandfather's watch in. He's a walking encyclopedia, and very generous with his time and knowledge.
Same here. Grandfather gave me my first one when I was 9, told me not to cut myself and laughed when I did. Told me not to ever leave the house without a pocket knife, handkerchief and folding money. When I had to give the first two of those things to my future son-in-law, I knew she'd be...
Best non-gun thread ever. My favorite is an early 60s Zodiac Sea Wolf, but I didn't wear it today so I can't post a picture. Number two is a mid 70s Bulova Accuquartz. Nothing as cool as so many of the others here though.
Absolutely right. The parents have failed. You'd be fixing the parents' failure for the kids' sake, and maybe even teaching mom and dad something they clearly need to know.

It will take some time, so you'll have to deal with keeping everybody separated when you're not there to handle him. But I would bet at his age he can be fixed. He just hasn't had a boss before.
We've probably rescued 30 dogs in the last 25 years, including several "unadoptable" aggressive dogs. One just didn't work out but he was 7 years old and had been horrifically abused, the rest all improved over time.
Here's what I would recommend, not knowing any more about it that your post...
