    Tagged to respond later, but quick things to consider... Anchorage over Fairbanks and Juneau for sure. But the bigger thing to consider when choosing time of year is not only temperature but SUNLIGHT is key if you want to see stuff...lol more later.

    Thanks guys! Yeah, for the first couple of years I wanted to stay in the city. But coming from a 2/2 in riverdale to a 3/2 with 2car garage and a view... I'm cool with that.

    Thanks guys, we arrived last night, I start the new job Wednesday. Housing is our current battle.
