Sucks this happened to good people but I'm really glad to hear this will be rebuilt and bigger and better than before! Glad they are keeping you with them John and I'm sure I will visit as soon as it's reopened!
To clarify on some of the questions and I guess I should have stated it in the original post they all looked to be teens maybe the oldest looked to be 20ish. I highly doubt he was legally carrying or owned that pistol. Regardless of whatever laws there are now I'm sure he didn't give two ****s...
Not sure but if he was showing me his gun then I think brandishing would be correct but open carry going about your business would be different. Just guessing here lol
Not sure of the legalities but honestly I doubt anything would have happened to him from that situation. I would think maybe that it would be considered brandishing a weapon but could be wrong.
I would say it depends on the barrel and how many rounds life expectancy from it. I prefer to get one new so I can keep track of the round count so I know when to replace the barrel. Not that I have been able to shoot that many rounds and probably never will lol
LMAO I told a friend about it and he said wouldn't it have been really ironic if he pulled the trigger and blew of his junk while attempting to look cool
