    You'll have to excuse my ignorance on the subject, but how exactly did they die? Poisoned, frozen? I know what liquid nitrogen can do, so I'm assuming it was a major leak and those that didn't make it were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Horrible way to go.

    How about glasses/contacts/Lasik? I also have a friend who is an eye doctor and he talked about a treatment called Ortho K where you wear these contacts to bed at night that reshape your cornea and after you remove the lenses you have good eyesite for 24 hours or so.
