LOL, no traumatic experience at all, I’ve had many boats and I usually keep them 2 or 3 years, but after this one there will be no more. I would like to take it to Florida one time before I sell it, but honestly I don’t see it happening. I’m just done with fishing.
When we fished bass Tournaments years ago we used the drop shot a good bit, but you must have good electronics. Once the water hit 80 degrees we would catch a quick limit on the drop shot over various brush piles. Then we would back off the brush piles and throw big swim baits for bigger fish...
I went to get it yesterday and as I was pulling it out my dad said what are you doing with that? He said he may want to go stripper fishing and we will need that, so I put it back. Sorry!!!
I have one sitting at my parents house. When I bought a boat the previous owner included it. I will not use it. I not sure what size it is, but I will find out. It's from Cabelas.

Go rent you a pontoon boat. Idle to the Destin pass bridge, tie off on the bridge pylons and drop some live shrimp down next to the pylons and you will catch sheep head and black drum. When you quit getting bites move to the next pylon and keep repeating that till your tired of catching fish...
We go there at least twice a year for fishing, but we usually pull our own boat. Just go to Harbor Docks and the charter boats are lined up. We went on charters for years there till we started bring our own boat.
I have not been in over 15 years, but my better half said she wants to go this year. She went and got her license and stamp already, so I guess I will take her.
