Years ago I would have agreed wholeheartedly but in today’s litigious society as soon as someone gets hurts or God forbid drowns on your property the “one call that’s all” folks will be kicking down your door to fleece you or try and take your property.
Unfortunately you must use whatever it...
I took the canoe and my nephew to Rock Lake today and didn’t catch anything. Off and on rain showers didn’t help. Caught and released a couple of small trout in Rock Creek on the way out.
Had a spontaneous pneumothorax (collapsed lung) so I couldn't scuba dive for 5 years so I took up skydiving. Then in 2010 moved from Florida to the North GA mountains so I sold most of my dive gear. Still have a mask, fins and snorkel I need to sell.
When I use to scuba dive in Vortex Springs we would take a can of cheez-wiz and when you sprayed it under water it looked orange worms and the sand eels would swim out of the caves and eat it. Sometimes you'd have over 50 eels swimming over and around you trying to get the cheez worms.
We used to go gigging in Port St. Joe, FL bay back in the late 70's since it was sandy, shallow and not much grass. Also use to be good scalloping but I haven't been there in decades.
