Bernie’s Sport Center in Norcross sold a lot of Glocks in the 80s or 90s. Not sure what happened but they got out of firearms, moved to lilburn and did army navy for awhile.
I agree it’s a freak show out there.
BUT there are still a lot of good people around.
They don’t ham it up.
They don’t play victim.
They don’t pretend to be something they’re not.
They act responsibly and put family first.
So nothing news media can use, it’s like good people don’t exist...
Dad served in Korea and Vietnam.
He tells me when he returned from Korea in 52 aboard a ship of 4500 soldiers, they were only greeted in Oakland by the 12th Marine Corps district band. No family. No protesters.
Basically ignored.

I visited an out post on the boarder about 20 years ago. The OP was fully manned, ready to fight and was not open to tourists. Dad operated raids from there. Very cool to see where Dad worked. You could still see the NK ‘farmers working thier fields’ with binoculars...
