    Fortunately, management has contacted me and we're in the process of reconciling. Lesson learned though...I'll spend hours needlessly readjusting my own gear instead of trying to avoid my OCD tendencies by letting someone else hack it up.

    I usually set up my own...I have alignment tools, levels, lapping kit, etc...just got lazy, I suppose...should've waited until the wife/kids were asleep like usual.
