    Are you installing the trigger group with the hammer forward, or back? If it's forward, maybe it's binding somehow. Cock it before installing it. That's the only thing I can think of.

    Check the gas rings on the bolt. It sounds to me like they may be lined up with each other. The gaps have to be offset.
