A revolver being able to fire without the cylinder being properly aligned with the barrel is definitely a problem. If Ruger is passing it off as being ok then nobody should buy these pistols.

Turns out it was the reloads. I took some jacketed bullets to the range yesterday and alternated firing a lead and a jacketed round on a full mag. All jacketed cycled fine and the lead FTE. Problem solved.
Has anyone had any problems with P365 XLs failing to eject when firing with a full mag and one in the chamber? I am not sure if my reloads were a little weak or if it is a known issue. The slide either closes back on the empty case or slams it into the hood of the barrel.
