    I feel there COULD be some legal ramifications for a CCW with after market parts, see "hair trigger", get a glock - connector and a bottle of flitz. Join GSSF and the fact glock markets the - connector as a competition trigger, well it all falls into place for you in a court room.

    Tung oil will work well too, lay your coats down heavy at first to make sure it has time when wet to sink in, Ive been dipping pistol grips for the first coat. steel wool and thin coats a few times. Then wax Sharps, I really ahve enjoyed your posts, this has been a really cool project.

    Next batch the holes will be drilled differently to minimize the chipping. I also plan to split a board so I can get the same grain on both sides, but didnt want to use the nicer wood on a pair that were sure to have a few problems

    Took and cut up a scrap of cherry today after work to make a first go round at pistol grips. The end result is functional, but there's some work to do. I ended up leaving it thicker than optimal, got tired of hand sanding and didn't feel like driving back up to the shop to use a belt sander, but...
