    I cut my teeth on an A1 as an ROTC cadet in 1976! Got a clone from a great member here and it's one of my best shooters. No school like old school!

    I love my Polytech M14S, shoots nice tight groups and never a problem. Looks great in it's replacement USGI stock thanks to @TheGman Mine is a side stamped just the SN tiny import mark under barrel IIRC
