We’re ready…well, I’m ready.
I'm in. My 10 y/o is on his first morning hunt with me. So far so good. Good luck everyone.
I’ve seen 9 and one doe down. First kill with the can. The 9 turkey that were in the plot with her took off running at her when she hit the ground. Quite funny to see.
Been very quiet so far...
Quite here in NW Polk, heard a few shots, but no action here as of yet. Beautiful morning the Lord has given us. Congrats to those who harvested and good luck to those still out after em.
No deer were harvested or seen in my AM sit today. It got warm pretty quick, although I did enjoy the sit none the less.

Fortune and safety to all hunting this weekend. Too warm yet for us - yellow jackets and flies when field processing is not what we enjoy. Even with battery fans running (which we did last season). But we have seen a lot of movement and following so it should be a good weekend for hunters!
Quiet here in Gordon County. Few shots nearby early but nothing last hour or so.
2 does, a fawn, a young horny buck and 3 coyotes that ran in on a flock of turkeys. I missed one of the yotes : (
