Well I'll be a monkeys uncle they are there. Well there goes that buck. Everybody on ODT will sitting three to a stand come time. 😁
Some posted pics of bucks they have been stalking for years. Isn't that the damndest thing you have ever seen. It's like they turn into a ghost during buck season. We always use to hunt on State owned land open to for public hunting. Where we hunted was a stones throw from National Forest land. We use to tell each other the bucks were so smart they knew not to cross that line that separated the state from national land. I know it's just bull crap for a joke but doesn't it seem like that is the case. You will see them all year and then gone. We hunted a non typical /drop tine for years but that joker vanished come deer season every year like he was carrying a calendar. Beats the hell out of me ! 🤔

I bought this for my daughter after reading the reviews. It’s light and compact with a NF SHV -put a brake on it for her to help with recoil. 130 gr Barnes TTSX shot at 2955 fps- I didn’t have time to load them so I went with factory ammo. It grouped 3 shots .75”- I was really impressed. 2” high at 100 yds is about 2.7” low at 275 yds and still running about 2260 fps. I have no regrets with it and she loves it.
I didn’t see anything Saturday morning but they stacked them in on us with 22 that morning and 14 for the afternoon.
It’s been raining most of the morning in Crisp county but still took in three, two were nice bucks. One was over 250lbs!
I imagine this afternoon will be pretty busy.
