10-20 hunt

We don't hunt the park line. No reason to have one run into the park and cause issues trying to recover it. They have heard us shooting during the summer, so they know we are there. Other side of property line is a barb wire fence, so both sides are easy to identify. The driveway is close to the roadside border, and we don't normally hunt on the other side of it. Last border is the lake itself, so fairly easy to know where you are supposed to be.
Do y'all own the land. I keep my property lines marked and posted. That lake sounds wonderful. Do y'all get to use it? Does anyone else use it? Better watch for snakes

Family has owned the property since 89. We need to recut the one line and mark it again. The 64 acres run down the lake and not back, so we have a lot of lake front (major portion on one side). One bonus is that there is a 3/2 house on the point by the park. Tough place to have to go to hunt. :becky: The lake is county water table and is known for crappy fishing, but electric motor only. As far as snakes, I wear knee high snake boots almost all hunting season in case I run into my no shoulders.

If the water is clean, I'd be fishing it if I were you. Sounds like a good place. If it's not over fished. I'd have a trail were I could launch a boat. How big is the lake?
I've looked at flood plain property like this. Should be a great place to hunt. Might be a good place to hunt with a can. That way, no one knows what your doing
